Description

The Mobile ROwasher is the ideal solution when you need a cleaning station to come to you. Loaded with all the same features as the Static ROwasher but with high quality 360° rotational front wheel castors and locking brakes for easy, safe manoeuvrability. Cleaning where you need it.

Fits most applications and has everything you need in a mobile parts washer – easy to use push button on/off switch, a flow control timer and a super capacity pump.

A flexible nozzle with highly visible orange tip to control fluid aim, gives a powerful adjustable flow rate, whilst a self-cleaning brush is the ideal tool to agitate stubborn dirt.

A 200 micron basket filter set into the sink tray traps larger particles. The automatic switch off pump and heater if minimum fluid level is reached is a built-in safety feature of the ROwasher.

Professional Parts Cleaning

Any Questions?

What are the safety benefits of a solvent-free parts washer?

The ROwasher eliminates the hazards associated with traditional solvent-based cleaners. It uses a non-flammable, non-toxic, and VOC-free (Volatile Organic Compound) aqueous solution, which removes the risk of harmful vapours and skin irritation. By switching to a solvent-free system, businesses can simplify their CoSHH reporting, improve workplace health and safety, and ensure compliance with environmental legislation such as ISO 14001.

Can the ROwasher Static be used for cleaning bikes and sensitive metals?

Yes, the ROwasher Static is highly versatile and compatible with various specialised cleaning solutions. Depending on your needs, you can choose from ROwash 03 (General Degreasing), ROwash 06 (Specialist Metals/Aerospace), or Bike Wash. Because the system is pH-neutral and solvent-free, it is safe for sensitive components and materials that might be damaged by harsh chemicals, making it a favourite for professional cycle retailers and high-precision engineering workshops.

What kind of maintenance is required for the ROwasher?

The ROwasher Static is designed for easy, in-house maintenance without the need for expensive external service contracts. Maintenance typically involves two simple steps:

  1. Monthly Filter Change: Replace the Microbial Filter Mat every month to replenish the colony of oil-eating microbes.
  2. Fluid Top-up: Add 20L of ROwash Degreasing Solution when the machine’s "low fluid" indicator light activates.

The machine also features a 200-micron basket filter in the sink tray to trap large debris, which can be easily emptied by the operator.

Is the ROwasher Static more energy efficient than traditional solvent washers?

The ROwasher is designed for maximum energy efficiency. It features a double-skinned, insulated MDPE tank that retains heat better than single-walled alternatives. Additionally, it includes a built-in "Eco-Mode" that automatically lowers the temperature from its active 42°C to 37°C after four hours of inactivity. Laboratory trials show that the ROwasher uses approximately 54% less energy than leading competitor machines, helping businesses lower their carbon footprint and electricity bills.

What is a bioremediating parts washer and how does it work?

A bioremediating parts washer like the ROwasher uses a natural process to clean and recycle its own degreasing solution. It combines a pH-neutral, solvent-free cleaning fluid with a Microbial Filter Mat that releases oil-eating microbes into the system. These microbes break down (remediate) the grease and oil washed off parts, turning them into harmless water and CO2. This process keeps the cleaning fluid clean and effective for longer, significantly reducing the need for hazardous waste disposal.

How often should I change the microbial filter mat?

You should change the filter mat every 4 weeks.

The MICROBIAL FILTER MAT contains millions of micro-organisms which break down or “eat” the oil and grease washed off dirty parts turning them into harmless carbon dioxide and water. This process leaves the solution clean and strong for every use, effectively recycling the fluid and reducing the need for hazardous waste disposal. It is really important to change the filter each month to renew the microbe colony and keep the Parts Washer working at its optimum performance level.

The microbes live for around four weeks before dying off, so a monthly filter change replenishes the colony of microbes.

The white layer of the mat also acts as a "filter" stopping large particles of grease and debris entering the system. If you don’t change the filter mat every month you will get a build-up of oil, grease and sludge leaving you with unusable fluid.
