Our Exterior Fleet Cleaning Range
Rozone supplies a comprehensive range of quality traffic film removing detergents (TFRs) and associated vehicle cleaning products for customers maintaining their own fleet appearance & brand image. We offer an excellent range of TFRs for every application. Each one easily removes traffic film, fuel stains and fly splats.
Our selection includes TFRs that are non-caustic and can be applied manually, with a pressure washer or via a Brushwash system and are capable of cleaning small cars to large articulated vehicles with no risk to paintwork. Our range covers all applications from light soiling to heavy duty cleaning and degreasing. It includes non-caustic vehicle wash products, neutral detergents and vehicle shampoos with wa.
From chassis degreaser to screenwash – we offer an extensive range of vehicle surface cleaners and maintenance products to compliment our TFR range. For example Heavy Duty Degreaser for chassis cleaning, Sil – a non -tainting silicone lubricant especially designed for vehicle curtain runners and Refurb – a vehicle curtain cleaner that removes resin lines and ingrained dirt from signage and strap marks meaning there is no need to replace tired trailer curtains

The main cost in vehicle preparation is the labour time; whether you are a fleet hire operator ensuring vehicles are always in good order for rental or whether you are maintaining a commercial fleet we have created a range of products designed to be fast and efficient to use.
Products such as Glass Cleaner in a refillable trigger spray - a cost effective alternative to aerosol glass cleaner or Sanitiser / Odour Control for safe disinfection and odour control in cabs and vehicle interiors. Food Safe Trailer Sanitiser is designed to give biocidal control in food trailer interiors whist Carpet, Fabric and Upholstery Cleaner loosens ingrained stains and marks quickly providing outstanding cleaning and detergency.

Our Partswasher range
Our bio-remediating, self-recycling parts cleaning machines reduce the use of harsh toxic chemicals, help technicians work more safely and also benefit the environment. Employing microbes to effectively “eat” the oil and grease washed off dirty parts, our partswashers reduce the requirement of a costly hazardous waste removal service and can be easily maintained in-house. They emit no fumes and assist with ISO14001 compliance.

Our Hotwash Range
Our Aqueous Hotwashers include automatic top loaders designed for faster and more powerful cleaning action. The system requires manual loading of parts which during the combined action of temperature, pressure and chemical action cleans and dries parts thoroughly providing an entirely automatic, cost effective and safe cleaning process.

The safe alternative to solvent and aerosol brake cleaning. The Rozone Brakewasher stops brake dust from being dispersed into the atmosphere by saturating the brakes with non-hazardous aqueous based cleaning fluid.
